I. Validity
All deliveries, achievements and offers of our company are made only to the conditions of use. The customer accepts our terms of business when making an order and is bound to the contract.
II. Conclusion of contract
Any offers of Un-modern are not legally binding. An order from a customer needs an affirmation to be accepted.
III. Prices
All prices are without VAT according to Small Enterprise Regulations, but not including costs of delivery.
IV. Conditions of payment
Online orders that require delivery have to be payed in advance via Paypal or money transfer immediately after acceptance of the order. Online orders picked up in the shop have to be payed in cash.
V. Withdrawal from contract
According to European e-commerce regulations (§§ 5a ff Consumer Protection) the customer can resign from the contract within 7 days, starting with the day the items are delivered.
The costs of returning the items to us must be paid by the customer, we will refund the item's selling price only. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition they were delivered with original packaging, label and price tag.
VI. Conditions of shipping
Un-Modern will ship the ordered items as an insured parcel after payment has been received. If the costumer gives us any incorrect, uncomplete or unclear informations about the shipping address, he has to pay for any resulting costs. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
VII. Delivery time
Ordered items will usally be shipped within 21 days after accepting and processing the order. If due to unforessen circumstances shipping will take longer than 21 days, we will contact the customer immediately. Should this be the case, please allow a maximum of 30 days till shipping.

Place of fulfillment of orders is the business headquarter of Un-modern, owner: Michaela Engel. For further information please see the "Contact us" section.
XIV.Guarantee and compensation
Un-modern guarantees that all articles are without defects and according to the descriptions when they leave us. Upon reception of the ordered goods, the customer has to check for any defects or transport damages. In case of damage, please write to us within 3 days, otherwise we can not accept your demand.
Compensation will apply within 24 months, if the product was already faulty when it was sold. We provide our products with a guarantee of 6 months, excluding damage through normal wear or improper use. We provide no guarantee, if the customer alters the product.
X. Liability
All informations and statements in this webshop are intended for general public use. We do not take any liability for actions of others based on this information or contents of external websites hyperlinked with our webshop.
XI.Reservation of ownership
All products remain property of Un-Modern until full payment has been received from the customer. If items are returned, we will charge the costs for return transport.
XII. Legal domicil
For any actions related to this webshop, Austrian law is legally binding. The use of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, CISG is explicitly excluded. The legal domicil is in Austria.
